Corruption by Santa Clara District Attorneys

In accordance with California Law there is something called a public records act. I will be posting what you can find via the public records act. i.e. such things as name addresses and phone numbers. I have made formal complaints regarding http://www.severex.com/xmas which is a christmas display that occurs each and every year and has gotten too big for my small street. Again lets go back to California Laws and who should enforce them. when anyone goes to a "police court" they are being taken to court by the People State of California not by your local police department. I have really good info regarding an article written by Fredric N. Tusky of the San Jose Mercury News regarding "State Seeks to suspend Santa Clara District Attorney Field" who was suspended for "committing serious misconduct". Tusky's article are very well written and will be posted. I am having to make a formal complaint against a current District Attorney who is doing the same thing as "Field". All of us must document what we see if no one had complained about this District Attorney he still would be hurting those accused of a crime.

Police corruption is a specific form of police misconduct designed to obtain financial benefits and/or career advancement for a police officer or officers in exchange for not pursuing, or selectively pursuing, an investigation or arrest.
One common form of police corruption is soliciting and/or accepting bribes in exchange for not reporting organized drug or prostitution rings or other illegal activities. Another example is police officers flouting the police code of conduct in order to secure convictions of suspects — for example, through the use of falsified evidence. More rarely, police officers may deliberately and systematically participate in organized crime themselves.
In most major cities there are internal affairs sections to investigate suspected police corruption or misconduct. Similar entities include the British Independent Police Complaints Commission.

There are numerous reports of police corruption in the U.S., sometimes linked with police brutality. Although extreme cases involve several policemen accepting bribes to avoid arrests or curtail investigations, there are many more subtle forms of corruption. Some forms include:
planting evidence inside the back seat of a patrol car so that a suspect, once placed in the car for questioning, can be linked to that evidence (even if searched by an unsuspecting 2nd officer);
following a vehicle extensively to induce a right or left turn without sufficient turn-signal warning, so that the vehicle can be stopped for a traffic violation, allowing "inventory search" of the vehicle, where evidence can be claimed to be "in plain sight";
continued tailgating of a vehicle to induce speeding over the limit (using the natural reaction of a driver to increase speed to separate from a car following too close behind);
luring a person outside their home, to become agitated, as grounds for arrest, in public, due to "disorderly conduct" (one of the easiest charges for arrest);
unlocking a parked, out-of-town vehicle (such as with an out-of-state license tag) to confiscate any hidden cash or other unnumbered valuables.
There are many other forms of police corruption as well.

The City of Sunnyvale does not enforce either contractor's who violate the law or their subcontractors.. I will be posting California State Law in regards to my comments because it will be needed in court. When you are accused of a crime in the state of california i.e. violation of a penal code you are being taken to court by the people of the state of california not the City of Sunnyvale.. so what laws apply in the scenario below?? is my commenting on it harassment?? no.. I am a united states citizen who just happens to live in a "crummy" city and state. We have thousands of people upset over the "health care proposals" in the United States... every person in the United States has a right to complain or write about what they believe. I based my statement on fact not fiction. The City of Sunnyvale does not enforce California State laws regarding illegal building or illegal sub contractors or even illegal contractors in the State of California. The city of sunnyvale is violating California State law.. the laws are as follows.. if a city ordinance is less strict than a california law.. or even federal law.. then the City is in violation and can be sued. I have complained about the City of Sunnyvale Building Department to the California State Contracting Lic board. The City of Sunnyvle is "corrupt" bottom line.

Sunnyvale California NEW WORLD ORDER

I had no idea what "NEW WORLD ORDER" was until just recently. It exists in Sunnyvale California and most specially on my street.

I have been watching over the years people in my neighborhood who are given "city ordinance abatements" etc.. yet it is performed unlawfully by city building officials.

I tried to expose it and got harassed big time.

On my street we have a group of people who "run" the neighborhood with the help of the Sunnyvale Polcie Department.

I am posting a new page just about this.

There are neighbors who run the area in an unlawful manner again with the help of the Sunnyvale Police Department.

A couple moved into their home and wanted a taller fence on Sp...a. When they built the tall fence another neighbor did not like it so the city came out and inspected City officials said it was too tall so the new owners had to remove it.. yet around the corner three of their neighbors have a 10 ft. fence. The 10ft fence is still there today.. and it spans three properties. It is not right.. one family cannot have a tall fence and yet three families just around the corner from them can have a fence that breaks the codes..

Then another couple on the same street had a parking area with gravel. They were parking their cars on gravel. After a few months the police showed up and went on their property i assume with a search warrant.. so over a simple gravel driveway.. these folks were searched by the City of Sunnyvale..

What is so wrong with this.. again.. new world order.. exactly one block away on Royal Ann Drive.. 1150.. to be specific.. Erik Petersen has a gravel driveway.. so what is happening to him.. nothing.. again "new world order"

About one year ago.. a couple on another street in the same area.. put up a fence in their front yard.. within a few days.. the city of sunnyvale had red tagged it...
They fought desparateley to have a front yard fence same as a neighbor about 5 houses down the street.. what happened they could not have the same as their neighbors.. "new world order".

Sunnyvale has a huge problem and no one is doing anything about it.

One neighbor is harassed while the other is not.. why???? "NEW WORLD ORDER"

Who is making this happen... "sunnyvale co-conspirators"... Sunnyvale is run by people who have lived here all their lives.. what I have noticed is that is all has to do with who you know... so if you are in with them .... "NEW WORLD ORDER" you can break the rules..if you are not.. then beware.. especially if you try an fight them..

Lastly.. I will be fighting the "Christmas light display" which breaks numerous city ordinances..why.. "safety" in addition "NEW WORLD ORDER"

Someone needs to be looking at the City of Sunnyvale. The press.. there is a huge story here..look at the downtown area.. what happened??? "NEW WORLD ORDER"

I was harassed by a Contractor named Eric P. I have a video of it looks like I can add it my blog. I have lots to write about. I put some of my videos on YouTube the problem with YouTube is they are somewhat dishonest about how they go about removing videos for inappropriate content. For example I used a similar video to what they use on their googlemaps yet they removed mine which was not even as detailed as theirs. Have you seen their videos of your street. I can say they have a very high power video camera. Anyway I was stalked by a guy I call the "YouTube" stalker. I complained to YouTube because he was threatening to show up at my front door. I guess YouTube agreed he needed to be removed. But boy was he threatening.
